Dental Crowns

Our approach to dentistry sets us apart, offering a distinct quality that stands out from conventional dental procedures. In every instance of working on your teeth, we aim to deliver services of the highest quality with virtually undetectable results. When replacing existing crowns and fillings, we employ advanced techniques to ensure your teeth’ natural and seamless appearance.

In cases where teeth are significantly damaged and may seem irreparable, our use of porcelain crowns can transform your smile, providing a rejuvenated and brand-new look. Our technique has proven exceptionally reliable, even in the most severe cases. Our technology exemplifies top-notch quality, ensuring that our treatments are practical and durable. Our focus is on delivering long-lasting results, minimizing the need for repeated interventions. We aspire to provide a service of enduring quality, with the expectation that our work will stand the test of time, lasting 20 to 30 years or even longer.

How long does fitting a crown take?

Fitting a crown typically involves at least two visits to our office. In your initial visit, we thoroughly examine the tooth, addressing decay and initiating the shaping process. Subsequently, we fit the tooth with a temporary crown made of either plastic or metal. Your second visit focuses on removing the temporary crown and making necessary adjustments for the placement of the permanent crown. The final step involves cementing the crown into position, resulting in a beautifully restored and rejuvenated tooth.

Summary of Key Benefits

  • Replaces missing teeth
  • Provides support to damaged and broken teeth
  • Appearance is completely natural
  • Can fix your smile and any existing chewing problems

Crowns and bridgework are dependable solutions for addressing severe dental issues arising from accidents or wear and tear. These reparative procedures typically employ high-grade porcelain or porcelain bonded to gold, with a preference for the strength of these materials when treating more extensive problems. In significant accidental damage leading to tooth loss or the cracking of older crowns, crowns and bridges emerge as permanent solutions to rectify such issues.

Hairline cracks in the back teeth can often cause discomfort and unexplained pain, particularly in the chewing region. To alleviate these symptoms, we recommend placing crowns on these teeth to relieve pain and restore full dental function. Aging fillings in front teeth may weaken them, diminishing their appearance due to staining and chipping. Crowns are recommended in teeth with root canal fillings to prevent future breakage. Using porcelain crowns and bridges is a frequent and effective alternative when porcelain veneers are deemed unsuitable.
